- State Mission Directors of the SRLMs
- Programme Managers in state, districts, blocks such as State Programme Managers, District Programme Managers, Block Programme managers, etc
- Programme Implementation Agencies such as NGOs, livelihood promotion organizations, national resource organizations, educational and training institutions, etc.
- Monitoring and Evaluation teams of the SRLMs/NRLM
- Mentors
